QuiQue Dacosta Restrudent is located in Denia spain.Its owners is Quique Dacosta.Quique Dacosta was born in 1972 in Jarandilla de la,Spain.At the age of 14 he started working in the kitchen and immersing himself in books, almost all of them by French chefs with very different culinary trajectories from the one he was working on at that time. This sparked an interest in food that went beyond sustenance alone. At 18, he began visiting Spain’s best gourmet restaurants of the day.Its menus is agitate and conserve culture, produce, trades, and methods. Awards

In 2014 Didier Fertilati, maître d’ of Quique Dacosta Restaurante, received the international “Gueridón de Oro” award at the San Sebastian Gastronomika conference for his exceptional work in the dining room.

In 2013 it reached 26th place on the prestigious list of The World's 50 Best Restaurants by Restaurant magazine. That same year, Dacosta received an Honorary Doctorate in Fine Arts from the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche.
