Balfours bakery was opened in 1853.The owner of Balfours is the when the Calder family immigrated to Adelaide, South Australia.In the early months they established a small bakery.For the famous of the Balfours bakery they open Biscuit Factory in 1867.In 1914 bakery in full swing Balfours shifted their focus to cake shops, cafes and tearooms.They divided range in three category first one is Savoury second sweet third is seasonal.The famous recipes of the bakery are Garlic and Thyme Sweet Potato Wedges,Roasted Mediterranean Vegetables,Chocolate Peanut Butter Caramel Tart,Vanilla and Cinnamon Creme Anglaise,Roasted Vegetables with Garlic and Sage and Crispy Thai Style Salad.The latest two news are Beach days are better with Balfours and Foodland,
