Bill Miller Bar-B-Q Restrudent is situated in San Antonio, Texas. In 1950 on a loan fron his father Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant.Miller always think fresh food and service than most people in the food service business.They divide theri menus in four category.first Austin Menu,second Corpus Christi Menu,third San Antonio Menu and fourth Nutrition Calculator.They also run store their merchandise is Laguna Madre Big Boss Tumbler,Laguna Madre Lil’ Boss Tumbler,Bill Miller Camo Cap,Camo T-Shirt,Gift Cards,Texas Travel Mugs and Bill Miller Cap they all are in stock.Catering Menu Options are Bar-B-Q Plates,Carne Guisada Plates,Fajita Plates and Holiday Plates (Seasonal).Thry also run bakery.Their commissary operates 24 hours a day, baking our own mouth-watering meringue, fruit and pecan pies, as well as our delicious fudge brownies and cobblers.They run 73 restrudents.
