Jim's Restaurants was opened 1947.In summer they selling sliced, ice-cold watermelon next to his bike stand.Its aim is serve his highest quality food at the lowest possible price.They divided their menus in BREAKFAST,LUNCH & DINNER,DESSERTS,KIDS,SENIORS, and SPECIALS.Some famous dishes is Rustler's Roundup,Two Eggs with Bacon, Ham or Sausage,Three Eggs with Bacon, Ham or Sausage,Steak & Egg Breakfast,Parmesan Chicken,Chopped Steak,Old-Fashioned Texas Pecan Pie,Traditional Carrot Cake,Egg Breakfast with Bacon or Sausage,Senior Ham & Cheese Omelet,Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf and Smothered Steak.
